Position Summary The Job Coach will carry out meaningful community experiences including job development with disabled adults. The Job Coach is responsible for using their personal vehicle to transport clients to various locations throughout the community with an objective to help our clients work on their individualized goals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to use their personal vehicle. Must be willing to drive a substantial amount miles on a daily basis. Some routes can average 100 miles a day. A belief that all adults have the right and the ability to work in the community Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work full-time No experience necessary. Training is provided. Must have a valid Driver s License A registered vehicle with insurance in your name Must be able to pass a background check Please note Our administrative office is in El Cajon California however we provide services throughout San Diego County (S. Bay Mid City Mira Mesa Rancho Bernardo El Cajon San Carlos). Starting Salary 9.00 - 10.00 depending on experience driving incentives. We also offer Medical Dental and Life Insurance.
