Missing Male Blue Heeler - tail not docked

My 4 year old male blue heeler got away from the dog sitter at Greentree and Sun Valley in Salem. He is my best friend and family member. I am sick without him. If you have him or you have seen him please call me day or night. 503-302-0915 Jamie He has black circles around his eyes and ears. Tail is not docked. He is a super friendly dog. I desperately need him back please help. He also did not have his collar on today.
