Immediate opening. We are a full service Pool Company located in Norman OK and serving Norman Moore South Oklahoma City and Rural South locations. Please do not apply if you do not meet the following Requirements. Position Summary Individual must have Management or Pool Experience. Manager must be able to plan direct and coordinate routes and employees. Process Routes and daily scheduling. Individual will also be responsible for ordering Product and Inventory. Evaluate employee work along with performing any other related duties as required. Essential Functions Effective leadership motivated self starter and able to lift 50 pounds. Work effectively in highly stressful environments problem solving along with giving direction to other employees reading and writing. Special Requirements Must have solid work history. Pool manager is required to utilize all pool equipment telephone and standard office equipment. Must have Excellent Driving Record and Valid Drivers License. Knowledge of Management and Organization a must Supervises Personnel and deals effectively and courteously with the public. Work in all weather Conditions. The ability to work for long periods of time in varying degree of weather.. Exposure to bending kneeling walking on slippery surfaces squatting uses sense of vision hearing and smell to diagnose problems. Excellent growth opportunity.
