Salon Manager - Compensation: to be negotiated

Seeking experienced salon manager for new Northville salon. Looking for highly motivated innovative self-starter. This is a position that requires people skills good communication skills and proven leadership ability. This individual needs to be able to drive revenue as well as have an aesthetic eye and be on the lookout for new trends. While I prefer someone with salon experience I would consider someone with a business background who is a quick learner. The job requires 40 hours plus with a 5 and 1 2 days on site.
