Gus was adopted from our shelter in Jan 2015. He was initially relinquished in 2014 when his two legged companion since puppyhood settled locally and Gus was not allowed in the apartment. Confused and missing his friend 1yr old Gus tried to adjust to the world of concrete and chain link. Shelter friends did their best to provide him with the friendship he so desperately missed. After a 9 mnth wait he was delighted to join a family in Jan 2015 and he was off to live the nice life where he stayed firmly by the sides of his people where he could reassure them of his love for them. Naps were taken on his favorite spot a big comfy recliner where he could be seen on his back with 4 ft up tongue lolling from his mouth as he engaged in doggie dreams secure in his life. Recently a health crisis with a part of the family brought much of his outdoor activity to a halt and is causing a move to a much smaller home both factors felt not to be in the best interest of Gus....
