Piper had a pretty rough life before Rover Rescue rescued her. Piper is an adorable puppy that is for sure but her life has not been adorable. She was ignored and forgotten and had to fend for herself. She was turned into a high kill shelter where she found herself in a cage full of dogs. She waited for over a month for someone to notice her but she was so scared and she only knew to bark when someone came to see her. Luckily Rover Rescue did notice her. Once we picked her up she stopped barking and melted into our arms. Piper needs a confident owner that will assure her that the world is not a bad place.... More Info
