birthday wish for my son(bassett hound)

My son only asked for two things for his upcoming birthday in august. He so badly wanting a basset hound I do believe thats what it is u know the dogs with sad face a extremely long ears. The second wish is a gift card to qt. I got the qt covered but have no idea how im gonna pull off the basset hound. Anyone can help me out that would be awesome. Plz point me in the direction of a cheap or free bassett hound. Thank you and god bless.
