Instrumentation Mechanic - Job ID 1648 Position Overview Talented and experienced Industrial Instrumentation Mechanic to be the lead in Instrumentation in Prince George facility. Responsibilities Install examine replace or repair instrumentation equipment Test instrumentation electronic equipment and components for continuity current voltage and resistance Maintain repair test and install instrumentation including pH and conductivity probes level transmitters temperature transmitters vibration switches Troubleshoot maintain and repair industrial instrumentation and electronic control systems and other related devices Conduct preventative maintenance programs and keep maintenance records Install maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices Configure and troubleshoot DCS systems Requirements Red Seal Certification with Journeyman status mandatory Highly developed skills and knowledge of electrical systems Good knowledge of Industrial instrumentation and industrial PC applications Extensive knowledge and experience with DCS and PLC systems Excellent troubleshooting skills A good working knowledge of Foxboro systems and analytical instrumentation would be a definite asset Functional Area Operations Job Type Full-Time City Prince George State Province British Columbia [BC] Country Canada [CA] Compensation - Hourly 37.22 hr W Relocation package available TO APPLY Register & Submit your resume and cover letter to this job at excel.bc.ca opportunities Only applications submitted at excel.bc.ca opportunities will be accepted.
