Cori is a pretty girl with the long and low body of a Dachshund and the dark muzzle and curly tail of a Pug. She was originally rescued from Catoosa County Animal Control and was born September 2010. She was adopted several years ago but recently returned because the owner developed medical issues making it difficult to continue caring for her. Cori weighs 18 pounds and could stand to lose a few )Cori is sweet proud and clever. Always up for a walk or a game Cori is ready for fun. Typical of Dachshunds she is vocal and will always let you know when a stranger is in the vicinity. If you happen to be relaxing on the couch Cori will want to be near you. She is good with other dogs loves being around people and would rather have your company than be left alone. She is curious intelligent and a good watchdog with a healthy voice. She is also quite charming when you pick her up and she snuggles into your neck.The adoption fee is 90 which includes a free veterinary exam within 2 weeks of adoption up to date vaccinations tests for heartworms heartworm medication FELV FIV test deworming flea treatment microchip and spay or neuter.
