This job is 30 hours week Work with Chief Trademark Counsel with the following responsibilities Counsel and advise clients on U.S. and international trademark and copyright matters with an emphasis on trademark law Manage conflicts and litigation agreements acquisitions and divestitures Extensive communication and coordination with global product management Extensive communication and management of foreign trademark counsel and agents Proactive in educating clients in the areas of trademark and copyright law.
