Description Accounting Payroll Manager needed for small (15 - 20 employees) solar construction firm. Responsibilities will include Responsible for all day to day accounting functions including payroll AR AP budgeting forecasting & reporting. Accomplish accounting & human resource objectives by recruiting selecting employees communicating job expectations planning and reviewing compensation decisions enforcing policies and procedures. Manage payroll preparation by compiling payroll information completing reports and maintaining records. Research pay scale for prevailing wages and submit reports to respective agencies.
