Lost Male adult cat, adult, blonde and white.

My cat had run off in july something which already happened but he came back as cats do. This time he hasnt come back. Ive had this cat from the day he was born on April 1st 2012. We was not neutered but is very friendly. He is a very shy cat when it comes to other people. One way to know hes mine if youve got a hold of him is that on the right side he has a fang that looks like it was fused together or cracked down the middle but it has been that way since birth. He has long blonde and white fur with green yellow eyes. His name is napoleon but with strangers he might not respond. In the picture He is the one sitting up.
