Supervises and coordinates activities of mechanics to ensure equipment to include frac equipment coil tubing units and other oil field equipment readiness by performing the following duties. Confirms field mechanics are performing established duties efficiently and safely both in the shop and in the field. Monitors field mechanic work habits to ensure a high level of productivity and counsels mechanics not performing to standard.
