Harper is a small female mixed breed puppy who is about 4-5 months old. She looks similar to a Miniature Pinscher or Chihuahua but reminds us of a Beagle too. Harper is nervous in new situations and with some handling so an adult home or a home with older children would be best. Once she knows you and you have gained her trust she is a cute playful dog. She likes to play with other dogs as long as they allow her to be in charge. Harper is sweet and affectionate and will crawl right into your lap if you sit on the floor.
