SCORE Performance Training is seeking positive high energy youths sports performance scout and marketing representative for an athletic training program. The sports performance scout and marketing rep will be responsible for generating and following up on new leads set for potential clients for private training and camps. We provide comprehensive training and sales coaching in order to assist your success as a scout and marketing rep. If you are an individual willing to invest your time positive attitude and a passion to work with youth energy and strong drive for a future this is the career fit for you. This position requires field time and some administrative tasks in order to execute close and process sales transactions. Service areas include the greater Houston Pearland and Friendswood area. Primary Qualifications - Exercise recruiting at Athletic games and youth sporting events through distributing marketing material. - Must have basic knowledge of sports and training industry inclusive of the various sports offered by SCORE Performance Training. - Experience working within a face to face sales environment. - Ability to sale execute close and process sales transactions. - Ability and interest in working with people. - Must have reliable transportation - Positive attitude and a passion to work with youth. - Must be willing to attend weekly meetings via conference call or face to face to complete sales coaching sessions. - Generate and follow-up on leads set for private training and camps. - Must be able to perform minor administrative functions. -Must have Flexible schedule and weekend availability Primary Responsibilities - Delivering sales presentations - New client development - Creating partnerships with key Athletic departments schools and colleges - Meeting sales quotas - Strong work ethic - Executing with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Be productive while unsupervised - Ability to multi-task and shift priorities Please respond with Sports Performance Scout in subject line to get response noticed.
