Description A4992561 Baxter is a goofy 3-year-old white-with-liver male English Bulldog whose owners left him at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on September 14th because they said they could not afford veterinary care for him. Weighing 45 lbs Baxter is a cooperative and friendly dog who gets along well with all people and dogs. He has a serious silly streak and will snort with delight when you scratch his back. Baxter is laid back and easygoing as most bulldogs are. Baxter may have a spinal deformity that is causing his pain his adopter should have him fully evaluated by a veterinarian familiar with the health issues of this breed.
