Hardwood Floor Refinishing/Installa tion - Price: 2.25 sq/ft

I offer hardwood floor refinishing and installation. Refinishing is 2.25 sq ft or 2.50 with stain. I do extremely high quality work and stand by my results I also use the best quality polyurethane around and apply 3 coats to every job. Carpet removal and repairs for missing floorboards aren t a problem but will cost extra. I also have a buff recoat service to buff floor and recoat with polyurethane for floors in decent condition that need a nice polish from being scratched etc. I have very reasonable prices and also can install new flooring (client must purchase flooring themselves) for 2.50 sq ft.
