Responsibilities The incumbent reviews and prepares closing packages for equity and mortgage products contacts branches and settlement agents to obtain routine loan documentation and resolves documentation issues for loan closings. The incumbent must have excellent oral communication skills and knowledge of equity and mortgage closing documents. The incumbent is required to meet department productivity and quality standards.
