Hosting an exchange student is an exciting and rewarding experience. The Greenheart Center for Cultural Interchange (CCI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cultural understanding academic development environmental consciousness and world peace. When you choose to be a CCI Volunteer Host Family and welcome a foreign exchange student into your home you will have the amazing opportunity to establish a wonderful life-long friendship while making a difference in a student s life. As a host family you are not alone. CCI provides you with resources to guide you through out the process. All you need to provide as a host family Open communication loving family atmosphere Separate bed (could be in a shared room) Study space Three daily meals Local transportation
