JOB SUMMARY In this position you will be responsible for the oversight of various valuation functions. Reporting to the Chief Appraiser you will be reviewing escalation issues as submitted from various sources. The process entails reviewing the specific issues within the escalation and the report as a whole to ascertain whether the appraisal complies with USPAP FNMA FHLMC HUD client guidelines and general appraisal practice and is supportable and reasonable. You will work with the original appraiser for any revisions necessary to complete the task and to release the report to the client.
