Mr. Snuggles is a Free Spirit. He is a bit cautious with new people but he responds to soft voices and a go-slow approach. He is a Chihuahua mix in a cream-and-white-toned coat. He is just over a year of age but has had some challenging early life experiences that have made him somewhat wary.
