I m Seeking A Free Small Breed Puppy

I am seeking to find a free small breed puppy. Mixed breeds are ok so long as the breeds are of the small breeds such as Chihuahua Poodle Maltese Pomerainian Cocker Spanial Shitzu Pekinese etc.... My mother is not of good health lives with me. The puppy is to be a gift for her. She loves Chihuahuas and Cocker Spanials mostly but enjoys any small breed dog even in they are a mixed small breed. Puppy must be good with children as well as other pets (such as a cat). I have nieces and nephews (grandkids to her) who visit with us periodically. I also have a grandson (great Grandson to her) who is only 8 1 2 months old. I also own a Black Siamese mixed cat. I have had her for over ten years now. She doesn t get along well with other cats (reason for not asking for a cat) but loves puppies dogs. We d prefer if possible that the puppy has been Vet checked (show proof if possible) checked for Parvo as well as had its shots. Also prefer if possible for puppy to be either housebroken or semi-housebroken (perhaps paper trained). If semi-trained or paper trained I can finish the training myself. Due to her health she d not be able to finish the training on her own so it would have to be me who does the training. We both love all animals. If I could I d take in every stray animal or animals being given away for free just to care for them nd to give them a loving home. Sadly our apartment is not big enough for rescuing all animals. So I have to settle for one cat and one dog puppy.
