Candidate must have commission based sales experience.Job Type Permanent - Full Time role Retail experience preferred. The ability to work a retail work schedule nights weekends 5 day work schedule 45-48 hrs. a week. Location Various locations in and around DFW TXPay Scale- up to 9.00 hr. for the first month then transition to full commission- estimated annual salary is 40K-50K yr. Computer proficient to operate company s internal systems. Ability to assist with merchandizing and store product set-up. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of stores and to assist with customer carry outs. Must be flexible to work retail hours which include evenings weekends and holidays. (Company is only closed three days out of the year- Easter Sunday Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Must be available to attend training program. (Schedule varies with each location). Must pass a background check and drug test according to company standards. Education HS Diploma or equivalent GEDCompensation Company Sales Professionals can earn more than the industry average depending upon performance Sales Professionals earn an hourly rate plus commissions for their first month on the sales floor. After completing their first full month on the sales floor then Sales Associates earn commission OR hourly whichever is greater.
