Lovable Sam - Male Great Pyrenees Mix

Wow I cannot believe I am even speaking tonight. I know many dogs do it but for me to do it us so... different. Before coming to rescue I knew two things how to survive and steer clear of danger. I had a home at one point and time but wish not to talk about it because they abandoned me I ended up on the streets so I guess they didn t love me as much as I thought they did. This was very hard on me because not only was I all alone it is suspected that I got an injury to my spine that never healed correctly and I have some mobility issues. I have trouble walking on anything slippery and going up and down steps. I learned to manage on my own and was doing okay. I still remember walking by and looking inside houses and seeing a family on the couch with their dog and they all looked so happy. I wanted that but people came up to me said hello and then went their own way. I became thin and started being a bit reckless and got myself caught. I was taken to a shelter but that is actually when everything changed. Soon after a rescue pulled me and I found myself in a wonderful foster home where I am loved and have met some awesome kids some great playing partners who I can rough house with and of course met some felines who have their moments ) I earned my name soon after and I am told I live up to it very well. My foster mom can t say enough great things about me and that I am just such a lovie Everyone I meet falls in love with me immediately and loves the kisses I give out I am looking for a home with no slippery floors as I have trouble walking on them other than that I am ready to find my pyrfect home one that I will never have to worry about losing again.
