Building Information Modeling Specialist

Our client a customer-focused consulting engineering company located near Burlington MA is seeking a BIM Specialist to add to its team. Responsibilities include setting up trade drawings and models (electrical fire mechanical plumbing AV security) updating design support files including external references & Revit models. Serve as CAD coordinator for projects in the local area daily model management administration and maintenance providing design software content creation desktop support training and mentoring junior staff. Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2017 and Revit including setting up and maintaining job files title blocks xrefs and templates. Must have solid communication time management and multi-tasking skills. Experience in a similar role in the consulting engineering industry is strongly preferred. Experience with AutoCAD CUI customization Adobe CS Suite Newforma Unity Navisworks 3Ds Max or Dynamo would be a plus. Degree or certification in CAD or Engineering with professional experience in the design or construction industry is required. Competitive salary and benefits package. Local candidates only.
