This position requires a responsible individual who can commit to being at work being at work on time. and who has specific working knowledge Previous experience with supervising staff working with vendors and scheduling repairs. The position entails Proven knowledge of boilers compactors pumps sprinklers and overall building maintenance. Previous experience with supervising staff working with vendors and scheduling repairs. At least 2 years experience with residential building operations. Skills QualificationsHigh School Diploma GED. Proficient in Microsoft Office Affordable housing experience a plus residential experience required. Great verbal and written communication skills. Proactive work ethic and attention to detail. Must be upbeat polite courteous and tactful. Superior Customer Service skills required. Proven ability to operate selflessly as part of a dynamic team. Proven ability to multi task. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
