This great little houseboat has been completely refurbished and will make a fun fisherman s paradise or a small family s moving condo on the water. The houseboat has two gas-powered Ford Mercruiser 302 engines with completely rebuilt Volvo outdrives. It can use 12-volt or shore power. An exterior renovation was done in 2017 which included the outdrives new bottom and lower hull cleaning and paint and other out-of-the-water tweaking that needed doing. More recently new canvas was custom made (around 3000) new spotlights and decorative lights were added the rest of the exterior of the boat was painted with top-grade marine paint and many improvements were made to the boat s interior. I have black stripes for the exterior but opted not to add them yet because some people may want to customize the look themselves. The boat sleeps 5 with twin beds in the bedroom which can be made into a king and they have very nice new memory foam mattresses the dining booth makes into a bed and the futon in the living area makes into a bed. In one photo you can see the gel foam mattress pad included. The roof air works great. You can see the windows fogged up in one photo from the heat outside and the cold inside. The dining booth and nightstand are custom made solid wood pieces. The boat has an electric stove microwave dishes pots and pans marine radio stereo portable fireplace TV and so much more.
