Institutional Director of Surgical Technology Programs

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Develop and conduct Surgical Technology training and orientation. 2. Take the lead in the hiring of campus level Surgical Program Directors (with Campus Director). 3. Review and approve campus surgical expenditures (in conjunction with Vice Presidents Regional Directors of Operations). 4. Program review updates and modifications for Surgical Technology program. 5. Ensure standardized delivery and quality of the programs. 6. Organize and chair quarterly surgical meetings. 7. Work with Institutional Academic Committee Chair on textbook review and selection. 8.
