Subrogation Paralegal
This is a high volume litigation intensive paralegal position for the Nationwide Trial Division office in Irving TX. Subrogation experience is required and plaintiff s experience is highly preferred. JOB SUMMARY Performs a variety of complex legal related tasks under the direct supervision of a trial attorney. Assists in the preparation and trial of lawsuits by coordinating pre-trial proceedings participating in discovery activities drafting motions pleadings and subpoenas obtaining witnesses and performing related duties.
