This position enters and tracks purchase orders. Enters distributor licensee purchase orders into SAP. Updates proforma invoices in SAP. Updates wire transfers Letters of Credit and Tradecard Payments in various systems. General Data entry and Filing duties. Runs various reports. This position will be cross trained to serve as back up for Account Managers. Performs other duties as required assigned by manager.
