The Appraisal Manager works in conjunction with Bankers to order real estate appraisals monitor the receipt of those appraisals and perform appraisal reviews pursuant to bank policy and regulatory requirements. The Appraisal Manager will validate existing appraisals pursuant to regulatory requirements. Specific Job Functions Will be a consulting resource to Bankers and Credit Administration relative to regulatory requirements for real estate appraisals. As such the Appraisal Manager will monitor changes in appraisal regulations to stay abreast of those changes.
