Security Sales Representative - Compensation: $14-16/hr + bonuse

We are one of the largest ADT Security Authorized Dealers in the nation and we are hiring for SALARY positions. The starting SALARY is 1 800 plus bonuses per month paid Bi-weekly. We are the only Alarm company offering salary full benefits w vision and dental 401k paid vacation and more. Because of this we are searching for Rock Star prime time performers who want to make a lot more than the base salary. We only promote from within. Our company is growing fast and is looking to hire canvassing Assistants to help our outside sales reps. Duties Contact warm leads and assess security needs Sell products within assigned territory maintaining and exceeding sales quota Prepare drawing estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs Follow up with prospects and prepare final contracts for signatures Answer customers questions about products prices availability product uses and credit terms. Post installation follow-up Recommend products to customers based on customers needs and interests. Qualifications Good communication skills. Schedule flexibility. Positive attitude with a proven track record of results. Comfortable working outdoors Thrive in a pay for performance work environment Detail orientated and organized. Strong problem solving skills. Work independently in an efficient manner. Oral and written communication skills. High School Diploma or GED some college preferred. Current and valid driver s license.
