BEVERAGE CAPTAIN BARTENDER Responsibilities include Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions. Total charges for group functions and prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment. Ensure banquet rooms restaurants and coffee breaks are ready for service.
