Actual body is 17 This is a self contained trailer ( 66) with a very nice layout and lots of storage. Really cute sweet layout cozy comfy interior in good condition but other things will need some work to be truly travel worthy. It has a pull-out sofa double bed across the front w top bunk that pull out from twin to double.In sofa position there is a pop-up table on each side. Kitchen on left has 3 burner stove w oven porcelain double sink w removable half cover for extra counter space gas fridge opposite is the eating nook w benches that make another bunk built in gas Coleman style (mantle) lamp above table back corner (past fridge and cupboard) is bathroom w toilet tiny sink & shower other 1 2 of back wall has big closet w 4 drawers below. Entry door in rear by closet and there is another hanging clothes closet to right of entry behind eating area. Color theme is turquoise and tan brown cute curtains are in very nice condition with outdoorsy print (hunting fishing sort of thing) that match. Jalousie windows all work. Metal fold out cover awning over front window. Electric lights works fine. There are 2- 5 gal. propane tanks which are empty I never used the gas or hooked up to water (there was no hook-up) while I owned it and cannot vouch for propane or water line integrity. There 2 holding tanks 1 up front for water and a holding tank under bathroom. Roof was painted with RV roof paint last fall then covered entirely with black plastic for added protection over winter so there was no water leakage. There is NO mold. Double axle has 1 flat. Purchased last Sept. never transferred title as I expected to keep trailer on private property permanently which is no longer an option. The title was lost just last week so buyer will need to obtain new title. I have the bill of sale and name and address of previous owner in case newer bill of sale is needed to expedite title. Serial numbers are intact. It was moved here last Sept. with a 1 day permit. See in Merlin. 541-951-1599
