Job Number 244662 Avaya Engineer Our client is seeking an Avaya Engineer to perform Avaya S87XX administration and enhancements for CTI and IVR applications. This is a contract to hire opportunity in Kentucky. Skills Bachelor s Degree or equivalent Solid experience integrating CTI and IVR systems with enterprise systems. Strong experience administrating and supporting Avaya Call Center technologies (S87XX CMS AES Voice Portal etc.). Experience enhancing and or developing CTI IVR applications. Experience using a major database (e.g. Oracle SQL Server MySQL etc...). Experience writing SQL (select insert update and delete statements). Comfortable scripting with UNIX Shell or HTML XML.
