I CAREER OPPORTUNITY Dynamic Recruiter and Operations Assistant To protect develop and maximize profitability by increasing productivity through partnership and professionalism. To ensure branch sales objectives and company standards are met with regard to new account development multiplexing and networking Highlights of the position This is a VERY faced paced position and requires a great deal of self-motivation and prioritizing. The focus of the position is to conduct quality proactive recruiting by phone and in person in order to fulfill requirements of customer s requisitions with HIGH turnaround. A great deal of decision making will be applied to all processes within this business. For example a great deal of tact and skill is necessary when dealing with applicants particularly when applicants have been screened for opportunities. The position requires processing highly detailed information to be processed quickly and accurately. The position requires someone that thrives in making quick and solid decision with great detail given to prioritizing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruiting 1. To pro-actively seek ways of attracting and recruiting quality candidates with the necessary skills experience and attitudes desired by our external customers. 2. To keep abreast of developments in the local labor market regarding contract employee benefits and initiatives and to relay this to the most appropriate management level. 3. To participate in some aspects of sales including and regular reference checks on new applicants and discussing resume upgrades or revisions. 4. To actively seek information regarding the local market to highlight business risks and opportunities. To provide equal opportunities for all MKN Enterprises employees who qualify for assignments. To produce accurate approved job descriptions and appropriate induction procedures to ensure correct fit with customer placement requirements. 2. To ensure that the job order details are completed thoroughly and efficiently resulting in a clear and concise job specification. 3. To ensure our schedule of rates and payment terms are approved prior to working position openings. 4. To liaise with other internal employees to place contract employees as required. Specifically in interview situations or in carryover situations. 5. To seek suggestions from customers and employees (If appropriate) for improving effectiveness and service performance. 6. To actively promote MKN Enterprises LLC in the local business community by possibly participating in a job fair membership of relevant bodies e.g. local Chamber of Commerce. 7. To float as needed to short term assignments that you may be qualified to work. This is occasional at best be is expected of all team mates. For example a new customer calls in a pop up order for something you are qualified to do. If we cannot fill it with our contract staff you may be asked to work the position. This has rarely happened however is a set expectation of the position. Of course you will receive your usual pay even though the rate may be lower. Internal Customers Colleagues 1. To attend staff meetings taking an active and proactive role communicating the details of your open job requisitions to staff. 3. To assess your training and development needs and exploit self -development opportunities both internally and externally. 5. To ensure your Activity Reports are completed and statistics relating to your activity and performance are maintained and forwarded to appropriate management as required. 6. To take ownership of self-development ensuring attendance on internal and external courses ensuring continuous development and improvement. 7.
