Clinical Liaison - Compensation: $50+

Clinical Liaison Positions in Aurora CO. This position is responsible for business development at New Dawn Memory Care (NDAL). Reach out to the community to educate the value that we provide in the Memory Care field. Build a strong referral base for referral intake admission process and tracking prospective residents. Focus on monthly sales goals while building relationships with hospitals physicians skilled nursing facilities and assisted livings. Demonstrate excellent customer service to all accounts by listening to customers and maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Primary Position Responsibilities Work to establish a distinctive identity in the marketplace as an irreplaceable New Dawn Memory Care Facility via direct sale on new prospects. Lead and develop provide strategic direction support and leadership including the development of the sales plan. Ensure the implementation of routine site visits from all new client development Work with Executive Vice President to provide ongoing forecasts model with weekly sales initiative to ensure maximum occupancy and back log from the new client development plan. Enhance sales skills and use in all aspects of the sales process. Assess NDAL defined competitive market(s) and defined competitive sets and their relevance to NDAL based on current future market conditions and market industry changes and fluctuations. Evaluate new plan development sales efforts plan against markets territories and customer segments in order to optimize penetration and ensure that deployment and measurable strategic sales plans are in place. Ensure that all data capture procedures and maintenance of past prospects history databases are effectively monitored for capture quality and targeted usage. This position will Foster relationships and provide strategic direction to new key third party vendors that can influence referrals. Will have marketing experience in Assisted Living or other medical community Market on behalf of our newest Sun City West New Dawn Memory Care facility and with track record goal the meet revenue projections. Build backlog of potential clients via relationships and concise sales plan. Position our brand within defined competitive sets and establish a sustained pattern of market share advantage. Established relationships and contacts with Assisted Living Community. Create direct sales plans to ensure 100% is maintained at all times Be experienced as a self starter. Have strong direct sales and marketing experience in business development of new and emerging segments that have the propensity to benefit the New Dawn brand. Prefer candidate to have clinical license RN LPN RT EEO.
