Operations Supervisor (Loan Operations Department)

Under the direction of the Manager this position provides management support for the Loan Processing and Loan Service Managers and supervisory guidance to the Processing Support Specialists and Clerks. Ensures that all servicing functions of the LOD are performed within the department guidelines and meet the needs of its customers. In addition this position is responsible for demonstrating the Excellence in Sales Service (ESS) philosophy by participating in and practicing ESS disciplines and behaviors.
