Older ex working stiff started getting disability last July of 2017 need a decent 1 bed room apartment to rent in a nice quiet setting (I would prefer a duplex or fourplex but they may not be able to do all utilities paid can pay from 400.00 to 600.00 a month all bills paid) I were a truck driver so I do not have the money that I use to play with but I do have a few dollars left in savings and have been paying 600.00 per month since ( 575.00 ) I have been here for two and a half years for some reason they did not renew my lease 01 2018 and had me on month to month since January 1st 2018 then I received a letter after I paid the rent that I had 30 days I receive and have been receiving a disability check started about a year ago so I can pay I just need some rules bent I can show receipts for up to four and half years of steady rent payment and I have about three copies of my old leases so paying is not a issue I am a SBM age 58
