Service line leader responsibility for supporting the professional practice model and clinical excellence at seven NICUs across a wide spectrum of acute care facilities in a regional acute care hospital network. Network consists of one Level III NICU five Level II NICUs and one Level IV NICU. Direct reports include four market managers with two APRNs on each market team and three FTE educators. NICUs are fully staffed and there are clinical supervisors at each site.
