Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital in Lexington KY has an immediate need for a Full Time Admission Facilitator. This position will be working every Saturday Sunday & Monday from 8 00 a.m.- 4 30 p.m. This position is responsible for local patient assessments of referred clients as well as the coordination of inpatient admissions to Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital in accordance with legal and accreditation requirements.
