Coordinates initial AFE creation between E& P Operations Personnel cost tracking of projects verification that all components of projects are applied to AFE comparing actual costs to budgets and closing out project budgets once all costs are captured. Assists in establishing and maintaining AFE and cost center numbers to control and report costs at agreed levels. Provides support to Project Engineers to establish and maintain up to date Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) documents.
