Legal secretary Paralegal needed for thriving 18 person divorce law firm. We are very established and werll known. We offer very competitive pay 401k with 4% match and Health insurance is avaiolable. We are looking for dedicated self starting individuals who have energy and who are organized and professional. We are hiring and interviewing immediately. This position requires experience. Divorce Law experience together with heavy typing from a dictation machine calendar control and the use of Timeslips billing software. This is a fast paced and stressful Divorce Law Firm environment. This position requires the employee to receive clients at the window and make calls control and generate work from 1-3 attorneys and generate bills and collect funds.
