Have you ever seen anything as cute as our boy Grover He comes to us from South Carolina with several other small dogs who were taken in my a friend of MMR after their elderly owner passed away. This independent rescuer just could not allow these wonderful little dogs to go to shelters. In fact Grover is the puppy of one of our MMR alums that was placed in a home by the rescue a couple of years ago. Grover is about 2.5 years old and weights a whopping 4 pounds. He is a Chihuahua mix with a black medium coat. He is incredible cute and kind of looks like a walking four legged bat. He is neutered all up to date on his vaccines and was treated for heart worm disease in November 2015. He will have no lingering affects from the disease and is now on a heart worm preventative so he will never have to face the possibility of getting the disease again. His vet also said that he has one knee cap that is a little loose but causes him no pain and is not an issue.
