Positions Available for Sub-Contractors Vendors Boyd Property Preservation is a female owned and operated preservation company and we have been servicing the southern region of the US since 2009. The purpose of property preservation is to protect and preserve vacant properties whether it is residential or commercial until said property is sold. We are currently seeking sub-contractors vendors in Central and Eastern Texas. This position requires deadlines in which time management skills must be used to complete 24 48 and 72 hour required time frames and upload photos and documentation to our office daily. Sub-Contractor Vendor Requirements C Vendors should be 1099 (self-employed) employees C Possess own equipment such as truck trailer tools lawn equipment etc. C Must have computer with internet access and knowledge of how to use internet C Must have a camera (ALL PHOTOS MUST BE DATE & TIME STAMPED OR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ) C Working telephone Jobs Performed C Initial Services (Trash Outs) C Routine Janitorial Lawn Maintenance C Minor Major Repairs C Secure Property Lock Change C Bid Jobs Photos C Winterizations C Evictions C Property Inspections Initial Services (janitorial and lawn) are performed upon property becoming vacant also known as a trash out . This means removing all debris cleaning interior of property and bringing landscaping to acceptable condition. Routine services are then performed on a scheduled basis which will take place once to twice a month to keep property in conveyance condition. This includes wiping down interior and maintaining the lawn. Compensation varies depending on work order and can range from 5- 700.
