Service Center Rep I

Must be able to work from the greater Charlotte NC metro area. This position reports into the Finance Shared Services (FSS) Customer Care Supervisor. The Customer Care department serves as the primary contact for employee s basic needs around Travel and Expense Corporate Card Administration and the primary entry point for vendor questions or issues as they relate to Accounts Payable. The department supports routine questions including some issue management and resolution as well as some basic administrative processes related to the FSS functional areas.
