Responsible for project management for a wide array of capital building projects (< 3.5Million). Includes management of all aspects of projects including stakeholder interface funding project approvals programming design cost estimates schedule bidding and construction. Position tracks energy usage costs and savings for all City facilities and projects. Establish municipal energy conservation measures and programs.
