Hello My name is J. There are two of us looking for a third female roommate to join in our two-bedroom two-bathroom gated apartment in West Glendale. Our third roommate is moving out.The complex is called Legacy at Westglen and you are welcome to check them out online ( www.legacyatwestglenapts.com). We live less than a mile from the Burbank border in a quiet neighborhood. Great area for jogging hiking or biking. There s a church and elementary school right around the corner -- very safe area of LA The rent including utilities will range from 610- 630 a month. We are looking for someone who can commit to 10 months starting in August or September 2013. Since it s a two-bedroom you ll be paying only 30% of the total rent -- and you d be sharing a room with me Which is great because I m very friendly and chill. Our bedroom is no bigger than a typical dorm room but I m very clean and very fun. (Half of the bedroom would be yours.) That rent is cheaper than most places you ll find and the complex is amazing. Comes with a pool workout room laundry facilities balcony parking space and a great view of LA s mountains. There are two parking spaces for our apartment so you and I would switch off parking in the garage. Street parking is readily available right outside the complex. I use it all the time.My roommate R and I are entertainment industry people in our mid twenties. R s a writer s assistant and I m a WB studio tour guide. Our style is chillin out. We like to kick back and relax when at home since our jobs are so hectic.
