Since 1984 I have owned 9 floral gift shops in the South Florida area. We have won many awards for being the best florist having the best customer service as well as the most beautiful shop. During this time I have learned the BEST methods and techniques to make a viable impact on my sales. After shopping in many various stores over the years most of the time I end up being frustrated by the lack of knowledge courtesy empathy and plain old good manners from the employees and or the management. It amazes me that the owners of these establishments don t know what is actually going on in their own stores. Or if they do not much is being done to rectify the situation.
