Layla (calido) and Lola (Siamese mix) came to the shelter in May with their two brothers when they were only a few weeks old. At the time they came to us they were not ready for solid food but we had no mother cats with capacity to take on more babies so they were sent into a foster home where they could be bottle fed. After a few weeks their brothers who had adopted solid food sooner than the girls were moved to a different foster home but Layla and Lola remained in their original home together.In the past several weeks these girls have grown into beautiful well-adjusted and sweet girls who would do well in most family settings. Because it has been the two of them for a while now the girls have formed a bond that we like to see kept--so we are looking for an adopter who can open their hearts to the two girls together The two are almost ready to join a family now. Could you be their match IMPORTANT The kitten listed here is currently in a foster home not at our shelter facility. Important note regarding meeting kittens If you stop at the shelter for a visit we may or may not have adoptable kittens in our adoptable cat room. Our foster kittens are not housed in the shelter and many are not quite ready to go home yet. We have resumed our practice of bringing 1-2 litters of foster kittens that are ready (or nearly ready) for a new home into the shelter for Saturday visits. If you want to know what kittens will be visiting on a particular day please email --X(at)--------X We are also more than happy to arrange special visits either at the foster home or the shelter with approved applicants deciding whether a particular kitten is right for them.
